It was an all-around great experience working with Grant on the purchase of our home. Not once, in any of our dialogue or communication did I ever feel like Grant was not giving 100% of his efforts. Charlie is top notch! My wife and I had an excellent experience with the lending process. He is very down to earth, personable, and professional. I can't think of a time when he didn't return my call or email the same day. Plus we had a unique situation in that I'm self employed, and he provided solutions that did not hinder the loan underwriting process. We highly recommend Charlie!

He really turned my attitude towards lenders around. He wasn't pushy like other lenders were. And he never provided me with inaccurate information. If he had the slightest inkling of not being 100 % sure of something(I asked some oddball questions!) he would dig in and get back to me when he had the right answer(s). We worked with Charlie on a purchase loan for a new construction home. Charlie was great to work with through the whole process! He always responded promptly, provided a spreadsheet with loan options that made comparing the options and numbers very easy, and was a great resource through the whole process! In fact, we recommended a family member contact Charlie for his mortgage needs!

Charlie was crucial in being able to move into our dream home. After having a horrible experience with a large mortgage company, we were completely disgusted with the whole home buying process. That is, until we starting working with Charlie. He restored our faith with open communication, reliability and professionalism. Because of him, we weren't only able to have exactly what we wanted, but we actually enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Grant was amazing! I do not know how else to describe him. Grant made sure we understood everything and was available every time we needed him. He helped our 400 mile move go without a hitch.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He goes above and beyond to answer questions and explain the mortgage process. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered emails and phone calls quickly, tried to help us get a low rate, and even answered questions after we'd purchased the home.

Charlie basically helped my wife and I get over a horrible experience with another Lender and appraiser. He was very timely, friendly, and accurate. We appreciated not only his knowledge and professionalism, but his honesty. I will recommend Charlie to anyone refinancing or purchasing a home.
