I expected financing a house would we the worse experience ever, but it was the exact opposite. Charlie was absolutely amazing! I was pretty frantic but with Charlie's help, I was at ease! We couldn't have had a better experience!!!

Working with Charlie was one of the easiest things I have ever done. After dealing with a big bank for my previous 2 mortgages I was quite frustrated with the entire process and not looking forward to doing it again. What can a say about Charlie, well to name a few things. He was very patient with me an my wife being first time buyers. Almost 2 years ago we closed on our home. In the beginning we weren't quite where we needed to be but Charlie was with us the whole time to hold our hands. He is very professional, always answered all of our questions and very effecient. Charlie is awesome. My wife and I have used him 2 times and he is absolutely great to work with. I have referred him to some neighbors who have used him as well and they have had nothing but great things to say. This was my first time working with Charlie. He was absolutely amazing. I was in a difficult place with one of the big banks and Charlie stepped in and helped me close on a house in less than two weeks. He was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I worked with Charlie to purchase my new home and found him to be more than helpful and knowledgeable about the mortgage process. I used my husband's VA and he not only waded through the process for me but also stayed on top of it to ensure that I was able to use it for my home purchase.
