This was my first home purchase so I had many questions. Charlie and his team were patient, knowledgeable and accessible. All of my questions were answered promptly and with explanations. They explained the process and was there from beginning to end. I travel a lot for business and he made it possible to get just about everything done via phone, fax or email. Thank you Charlie and team for all of your hard work!!

My experience with Charlie was very good. He was very responsive and readily available when questions or concerns that I had needed to be addressed. From beginning to end, Charlie and his team responsiveness and process was so much smoother and simpler. Charlie's team involved efficient, respectful and courteous. It was a good experience and would recommend them to someone else.

Keith and his team worked very hard and were very quick with getting our loan to go through. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. He also got me the lowest rate and I was very please with it. The closing attorney even said its the lowest she's seen come through the door. Thanks again!

My husband and I worked with Linda Brandt for the purchase of our first home and later with refinancing our loan. When rates were considerably lower than when we had first bought, she contacted us to let us know. We first checked another mortgage company to be able to compare.
