This was the worst place that I ever stayed!!
Cockroaches everywhere This hotel is a. Big mistake. It doesn't look like anything they advertised. Carpets are not clean, dead cockroaches everywhere. I asked the front desk, but they refused to change the room. They were confident that they have checked the clean and ensured clean the day before. If they lied, it is sad. If they did and still the room is not clean, it is horrible. Second, the pool is closed. But you are charged a resort fee for nothing! I am very disappointed. Never again Staff was very rude. It was dirty and we never saw housekeeping. We had to get our own towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. They had construction going on so they had a tarp over our balcony, if you sat you couldn't see anything. We paid for ocean views but what we got was garbage views. They never once told us about any construction. It was very loud. Since it was under construction we weren't allowed to use the pool. It was so frustrating, you pay $200 a night and what we should of paid was $50. Will never go... read more
Bring your own toilet paper! The location was great. The fire alarm was broken, the phone was broken. They forgot to make one of the beds for our arrival. They didn't tell us construction would start at 7:30 and go all day long. Couldn't even sit on balcony. Stingy on toilet paper. Guess they are running low...
Very disappointing experience. We stayed a total of 3 nights at Atlantic, upon arrival we checked in pretty late that night. The receptionist was nice and in getting everything in order. We were placed in tower one which is a walk from where you have to check in. It was bit of a hassle trying to get everything unloaded then go across the street to park. The room to me was pretty dirty, it looked as if the sheets were not washed, the walls were cruddy, the couch had stains on it, and the bathroom ceiling was full of dust from... read more
never again never again
Old and out of date Room was out dated with broken furniture. I was afraid to sit on the couch. The chairs on the patio were covered in mold and part of the balcony carpet was torn up. Oh and my phone charger went missing out of the room.
THE STAY WAS TERRIBLE THE BEDS WERE THE WRONG BED SIZE.THE BEDS WERE HARD LIKE BRICKS HOUSE KEEPING NEVER CAME IN TO CLEAN DURING THE 5 DAY STAY THEY ONLY LEFT TOWELS AND TISSUE THE MAITNANCE KEPT STOPPING THE ELEVATOR ON THE FLOOR THEY WERE CLEANING.
Terrible It was terrible and the front desk was racist
