"Quick, friendly, no-bull deal!" It was a pleasure to work with Eric on my Q7 purchase. He was always ready to discuss possible terms of our deal, but never put any pressure on me to rush into a purchase. He's very knowledgeable about the MMI interface and got me comfortable with it before I left the dealership. Kudos also to my contact in finance for providing me with a stress free closing.
