"fantastic! experience in wilsonville..." I brought my A3 in for its annual service the afternoon before my scheduled 7:30 a.m. appointment. As we live in ashland, we find combining the service with visiting friends and relatives convenient. We had just driven to the dealership from boise, after our granddaughter's wedding, and we wanted to leave the car overnight...instead, mr. swift told me that he could get the car in IMMEDIATELY and we would be on our way. "Great Experience" The service department is always easy to deal with and any wait time is always minimal. They even provided me a loaner car to run some errands.

We never felt like we were being pushed into anything and she was willing to wait as long as it took for us to make our decision. We LOVE our new A5 Sportback.
