"A little pricey, but the amenities and service are great." They meet you immediately, go over the service, then offer you a loaner. They perform the service as quickly as possible, then wash your car. Waiting area is comfortable, with excellent coffee and snacks. They are always friendly and professional.
"Great Experience" Great experience as always. Joe was very helpful getting me exactly what I wanted! Quick process, even came to my house to get paperwork finished since their system was down.
"Perfect!" Took my 2017 A4 for it’s first service and was pleased with the service on all accounts. First I was offered the option to have a loaner for the day or could wait with a set time for when they would be finished. Chose to wait in their lobby like area with an espresso made on site and courtesy guest internet. Finished in the time they said they would and the service rep went over all areas checked with me. "Superior Service" I have been faithful to Wilsonville Audi due in large part to my service adviser, Rod. His congenial nature is why I return! We are considering a new car and looked at Volvo. Driving back to Wilsonville Audi, I said "why would be buy a car from another dealer when we are so well taken care of where we are". Enough said.

"Thorough, Helpful & Courteous" I was impressed with the combination of staff's efficiency in getting everything done in combination with taking the time necessary to answer my questions and make recommendations that were in my best interest. When Ed (in service) recommended brake service and I declined, he respected my wishes and told me what would appear on the instrument panel if the brake pads wore past 3 mm. The loaner car was spotless and the process painless to arrange. All and all, I had an excellent experience!
"fantastic! experience in wilsonville..." I brought my A3 in for its annual service the afternoon before my scheduled 7:30 a.m. appointment. As we live in ashland, we find combining the service with visiting friends and relatives convenient. We had just driven to the dealership from boise, after our granddaughter's wedding, and we wanted to leave the car overnight...instead, mr. swift told me that he could get the car in IMMEDIATELY and we would be on our way.
