"Excellent service" The staff are very welcoming and the salesperson was knowledgeable and patient to make sure we made the right purchase. Negotiation of price was hassle free and fair.

"Worth the wait" We decided to order our Q5. It was a very easy process, Michael (our salesperson) made it that way. He also answered any questions that came up during the wait and now that we have our Q5 he is our go to guy when we can't get something configured just right. I also have to applaud the pre-delivery group for finding a mark that was made during transport. Michael notified me of the mark well before we took delivery and it was later repaint to new. Our Q5 was worth the wait.
