"Always friendly, competent service" I needed a tire. With only 6600 miles on my A6, the right rear tire had apparently lost a skirmish with a curb. A quick call to service, and Rachael put me on to Travis, in parts, to make sure there was such a tire in stock. There was, he set it aside for me. "Purchase Car" I went in to test drive a pre-owned car, but came out buying a brand new Q3! Selena was a great sales person that put ZERO pressure on me either way I decided to make my final decision, but helped me consider pros and cons for both options. The price and inventory selection was stellar!
