"Maintainence " Always a friendly and helpful service department and the quality of the service is top notch! I would recommend Wilsonville Audi to any of my friends!
"Worth the wait" We decided to order our Q5. It was a very easy process, Michael (our salesperson) made it that way. He also answered any questions that came up during the wait and now that we have our Q5 he is our go to guy when we can't get something configured just right. I also have to applaud the pre-delivery group for finding a mark that was made during transport. Michael notified me of the mark well before we took delivery and it was later repaint to new. Our Q5 was worth the wait.

"Friendly, courteous, fair" I was happy with how quickly I was greeted and processed. See provided friendly service. You we quick to get me in and out realizing my time is important to me.
"software update?" Great experience as usual. However, my 2013 S5 was found to require a software update, as mine was 4 years old. Cost was $400. I find it unfortunate that this wasn't discovered while the car was still under warranty (last year) when the software would have still been 3 years out of date. I chose not to do the update, as the cost/benefit was unfavorable. Thanks, Pete
"45k Service" Excellent and reasonably priced service appointment. Audi Wilsonville always makes it easy with a loaner car even for a relatively short service. I have dealt with many Audi dealerships over the years and Audi Wilsonville is the hands down favorite.
"Efficient, friendly service with great communication!" Rod was friendly and got me in to get my tire replaced with no prior appointment first thing on a Monday morning. The team set me up with a really nice Audi loaner car while the service was performed. I got updates on the progress mid-day and they checked in with me before they did the actual service to get my approval. "My 2015 Q3 at 25K miles" Needed 25K service and oil change (just came of of a 9K mile road trip). All systems checked, oil changed, and car was ready to go in short order. Treated to a new Q5 as loaner - what a sneakey way to tempt a trade in!
"Very accommodating but..." The service was nicely handled. However, I'm a little bothered that I "needed" such an expensive service visit with so few miles on my car. Did I have a choice? I feel like I might have been taken advantage of, since I was only expecting an oil change and a couple of recall issues.
" Quick and easy " During our experience at Wilsonville Audi we never once felt pressured. They allowed us to take our time to test drive other manufacture vehicles and come back and make our decision. From sales to finance to delivery of the vehicle it was an outstanding experience.
