"Fantastic Service!" Rod Soprito always gets me in and out quick and has all the details of my visit. Driving a new Audi loaner is icing on the cake!
"First-Time Audi Purchase" Our first-ever purchase of an Audi was a great experience due to David Price, Salena Mellick, and Jacob Goudy. We visited the dealership numerous times over a few months to look at/test drive various Audi models, trying to figure out exactly what we wanted. "Great experience" Kevin, Brad and David were efficient and knowledgeable and the whole process was easy and fast ! We really appreciated the time and effort they all put in toward getting us the car we wanted.
"Another flat tire." Rod, as usual, was very professional and courteous. This was the third time with a flat tire. He explained the issue with tread wear and put me in a loaner so that I didn’t have to wait in the lobby.
"Oil change and brake replacement" Always great service and always offered a free loaner car. So whether it’s an hour or an all day thing, never stranded!!!! Brian was ready thank check me in as soon as arrived.....did not wait even a second!
"Amazing Low Stress Buying Experience" This was the second car I purchased from Audi Wilsonville. Both times the experience couldn't of been better. Thank you for making it so easy.
"always top notch" Always meets my expectations, the service group as a whole are top notch. Sales group is a bit inconsistent but understand pricing on new vehicles are not always flexible. Disappointed in the Audi loyalty program though. It is not always available which is not really a loyalty program if you can't use it to buy a new car.
"Tires changing " Great hospitality, friendly services. Rod Soprito had discussed with me about brake system and will need to upgrade. Everything else is good. I’m satisfied with the services.
"First Audi" Great over all experience at Wilsonville Audi. Both Scott Bowman (Sales) and Jacob (finance) were great to work with. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
