"Fast, complete and well executed twice this month" I was in for mileage dictated service last week and airbag inflation system replacement this week. Both experiences were five star. My Wife and I have driven Audi for more than 25 years -- the quatro system has been a must in Winter in the Pacific NW and upstate NY and NYC (where our daughters drove quatros for five or six years) and the quatro system actually saved my life once on one of Oregon's mountain passes. "Excellent Service Department" Edward Swift made our service visit a 5 star experience. He kept good communication, service was completed very, very timely and I feel went out of his way to take good care of our situation. Our loyalty to Audi made Audi loyal to us. That was very nice to hear!
"To purchase a new Q7" From the start we had a great experience. Our first contact was with Jason Lockwood who treated us very well without trying to pressure us. Because of the way Jason treated us we came back. He was not available so we worked with Salena and again the experience was excellent.
"Done on time, no hassle." Every thing was done quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant waiting room. Didn't notice any Peanut M&M's though. Really- a 25 word minimum.
"Q7 Purchase" Excellent service and customer care by David Price. He kept in touch and updated us regularly without being intrusive or pushy. The deal we made was substantially lower than purchasing the same car thru Costco at another dealership. We had a little hiccup during the actual purchase but David helped considerably to make it happen.
"Great buying experience " Dave our salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made it very clear from the start that he wanted us to be very happy with our purchase not just satisfied. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right. He even came in on his day off. The entire team was more than helpful! I would buy from Wilsonville Audi again — a very happy customer.

The quality of auto work is important, however it’s the people experience that will either lead to me dreading the next appointment or feeling pretty great. "A great job done, as always!" I had the 55K/65K maintenance work done (got the discounted price by combining them) and a recall notice addressed, as well as having them check/fix my side assist, which was malfunctioning, and I had the car detailed. If you're going to spend the money to get a beautiful Audi Q5, I figure you might as well spend the money to have quality work done on it and Wilsonville Audi is a quality shop, for sure.
