"Routine Maintenance Service" A service agent always available, and many times, standing at the door to receive you. Very professional and knowledgeable service agents. A loaner vehicle available is one of my top priorities, since I need to go to work and continue my day while my vehicle is under service. No complains so far.
"25M maintenance" Overall fine but took a little longer than promised. Ms. Sanchez was very delightful to work with. That said, there wasn't alot to be done to the vehicle which included a recall software update for the sidemarkers.

"Air Bag Recall" Received notice of a required air bag inspection from Audi. Audi Wilsonville quickly had an appointment set up to meet my schedule. Service was competed as scheduled. They have this great customer waiting area but it was not required on this service. Their option of a loaner car with service is very quick and easy. Great dealership to do business with. Mark
"Used car purchase and trade in" First class, no pressure. Professional attitude and rep very knowledgeable . All questions promptly answered. Viewed several options and openly discussed pros and cons. No hard sell.

"Very helpful" Very helpful. Michael made it a point to teach me all the many buttons and features of my new car. When I had questions even after I had purchased the car he was more then willing to acomidate a meet with me to show me what I was doing wrong.
