We've been with Augusta for quite some time. We switched to another company to save $5/quarter and man was that a mistake. We quickly switched back! I've always gotten great customer service and help when I needed it. In my opinion, they went above and beyond a few weeks ago when I forgot to put my can out. I heard the truck and ran out, but was too late. I saw the tail end of the truck turning out of my neighborhood. The guy on the back of the truck saw me with my sad face. Unfortunately due to the Fourth of July holiday we inadvertently missed our regular Tuesday pick up, and I called the office this afternoon to request to swap pickup days this week to Friday and was told there would be a $5.75 charge for "the additional pickup". I reexplained just in case I wasn't clear when first inquiring that it wouldn't be additional, as we didn't put our can out on the regular day, and you guys aren't making a special trip, as my next door neighbor has his picked up on Fridays.
