I purchased this Nissan frontier on Friday 3/19/21.They sell as is. I told the salesman the tire pressure light tpm was on and something was wrong and that the floor Mats were dirty and laying in the back of the truck. He said he would air up the tires and take care of the floor mats. By Sunday the time light was still on and blinking which means faulty tpm. The passenger side floor mat was missing. And bluetooth went engage. Very unhappy.

Car was not at the dealership, App said the car was metallic blue, In fact it was red. Had my two nephews drive from Panama City too Jacksonville on a Saturday 4.5 hours just too find out that the vehicle was at the body shop & would not be back for at least 3 to 4 dsys. There was not to be any damage & the vehicle app that was car gurus, Not the apps fault. To kick it all off , they were to test drive the vehicle & they had the check in hand. On two different occasion I contacted the dealer and talked to them on the phone. I informed them I was looking for out-of-door price because I live out of state and wanted to know what I am paying, before I invest in sending a mechanic and potentially shipping the car. I gave all them all the information they needed. On both occasions, they told me they will call back in 10 minutes. I have not heard from them since.

Complete waste of two weeks horrible communication I repeated myself multiple times to multiple people just to get tools in the end they were unwilling to meet my original requirements and request so I could have gone elsewhere and avoided running my credit for nothing

Car shoppers who are looking for a great deal beware! The staff are friendly enough to keep you engaged while building you up to thinking your going to get a great deal. In my case I wasted six hours at the facility and it was a total waste of time, the show room is like going to the circus and I was burned out by the experience. I had a True car quote and they would not honor it I was very disappointed in the entire experience.

The car is online with pricing available. I called into the dealership car isn't available. They don't even have the vehicle available yet. They are advertising it but its not there. Instead of 3,000 she said it would be about or almost 5,000 out the door after their fees at least 4,500 that's a 1,000 almost 2,000 dollars more then what its getting advertised for.

They are totally incompetent. The car advertisement said it was a premium trim volt. It in fact was an lt which is the lowest trim level. The windshield was cracked all the way across. I drove 4 hours to see the vehicle with every intention to buy. The car was not cleaned and smelled like smoke. I called multiple times to asking questions of the vehicle and the car was grossly misrepresented. I showed the manager the website that said clearly it was premium. No pressure salesman. However, the car found on CarGurus did not have the accurate mileage. Actual mileage was over 27,000 miles difference.
