The dealership in no way respects your time. They did not respect the appointment time set. After half an hour of waiting finally got to test drive the vehicle. I asked twice to ensure the vehicle was charged and it was not. Return back to the dealership, and 4 hours later they finally saw me. I had every intention of making this purchase but after all of those failures all I was offered was a pathetic shurg of shoulders and a hollow apology. Horrible they gave me the runaround for a week wasted hours of my time and all they wanted was ridiculous amounts of down In the vehicle was horrible and had a flat tire engine light flashing they had the nerve to try to tell me that back child support was keeping me from getting financed absurd
I was ready to test drive the vehicle listed on Car Gurus, but they called and told me the truck was in the shop. Why list a car that is not ready to sell?
Can't get no help . Financial management needs alot of work. They never return any of my calls. Left several messages with no response. They don't want to sell their car because they don't return their calls. And when I was pre-approved for finance they wouldn't go through that lender . They went with another one with higher interest. They didn't make me feel appreciated . Not happy with the so call Service I got
Finance manager never return calls. Probably cause I had my own financing. They said they would accept outside financing. The reviews said otherwise. They are too arrogant here.
The dealer responded by chatting on-line, not very good just a typical discussion. They wanted my phone number but would not talk price of the car. Or whether it was still available or not. Not very good, just typical of dealerships!!
Not a safe environment. No one wore a mask or properly social distanced. Went for a test drive and the brakes started to smoke. Overall wouldn’t recommend.
Told me the car was in a minor accident, but everything was fixed as it should be. There was still glass all over the passenger side and all the bodywork that they did to it was atrocious. They just buy wrecked cars and do sub par work to them.
All the cars have been either in floods or damaged in accidents. Do not go here stay away!! Horrible experience. Cars were all dirty as well. Trashed vehicles!
