Vehicle was sold prior to contacting. They are slow to take down already sold vehicles and it wastes peoples time.
I was told that I couldn't purchase this vehicle. I feel like this vehicle was used as a leader to get my attention and then try to sell me something else or a different automobile. I really don't have time for car dealership games, so I will just have to take my business somewhere else.

They don't want to work with you on the price even if the check engine light is on, the will not tell you what the problem is on the vehicle. They added extra fees to the price.
The vehicles that I looked at were Bondo and repainted but the paint job is terrible overspray is everywhere and you can still see the pencil marks where they circled and never sanded out the Bando They need to double check the vehicles if someone they know is coming to look at them if it’s steering really hard to the right go ahead and get it re-alignment done on the vehicle
The car has several things wrong with it. My son went in first. They never offered to check the check engine light. Then we went in and we checked it our selves. We told them what was wrong with it. They acted like we were bothering them when we asked them to fix what was wrong. They proceeded to help other people that were behind us.
There were so many add-ons, including a $795 “Dealer Fee” that what seemed to be a good price in the listing was not even close to the other deals, plus they have “no negotiation” pricing. Hidden costs, tacked on at the end, made the car gurus initial price showing a “great deal” seem very MISLEADING!
Unprofessional. Salespeople don't seem to care. Had to go to three different sales persons when I got to the dealer to test drive the vehicle to find out what was going on even though I had called ahead and scheduled a test drive. Was told a vehicle would be available for me to test drive the next day because it was being detailed. It was actually in the shop for major repairs. I was not told that the vehicle was not available until days later.
