Dealer emailed me vehicle was en route to their location. No further follow up.
This dealership is basically a sales factory. Not a typical sales experience, but some might enjoy it. Once I go there I found out about the structural damage to the frame of this vehicle. This wasn't disclosed on the CarGurus site.
I tried to email them back but their email doesn't work.
Had cash in hand was very interested but they never emailed me back with info the promised on the phone. They then stopped emailing me.
100% BS. I expressed interest in a vehicle. They promptly replied. Then raised the advertised price. I asked them why and they never responded to my question.
I was ready to purchase the vehicle and requested to have it delivered to my home. I could not get the finance department to send me the purchase order for the vehicle. I called numerous times but my calls and request fell on deaf ears. I eventually gave up on this dealership and started searching other ones that wanted my business.
Did get prompt contact from Alisa, and asked for a purchase order to be emailed to me so I could take it to my credit union. However, I never received it. She did call to ask if I was ready to come look. I asked again for the purchase order, and she said that her records showed that it was sent by the manager... Asked to send again, but never got it. Just got another call from someone else almost a week later. Too late. I bought a car from someone else.
Run away. This place is shady, shady, shady. We put $500 down to buy this car. Had financing ready and basically we’re begging these people to buy this car. We drove 6 hours, only to find the car had damages. We waited TWO WEEKS for them to “fix” the damages only to be emailed by different people all telling different stories about why it wasn’t ready. I submitted a query. They initially sent a robo email. Then subsequently sent and email stating they only deal over the phone. Will not communicate via email. Only via phone. Very frustrating
