Yes they emailed me back, but after three attemps ...they still haven't sent me the pics or price I asked for.
Contacted about a car, seemed nice and was patient about details. Was supposed to receive video of the car and or either FaceTime someone, no video, no FaceTime, and no call back.
I got a form letter response but they never answer my question this happened several times
The fee schedule is out of this world $ 269 dollars to transfer a tag.... Actual cost $ 85, they charge $ 199 for an EPA fee....
I saw vehicle with reasonable price. I contacted and asked if there was a catch, I was told none. I usually ask what's the dealer's fees are. They charge $900+ electronic, $250+ on other fees. I used sale cars I have never heard electronic fillings. It takes 5 minutes to do paper work it. I don't live FL I just needed title and sales paper signed.
I was contacted by a lady that told me I would have to email someone else at the dealership. I asked her to send me the email so I could but never received the email address so I sent everything to her email. That was about a week ago and I still havent been called back nor gotten the email of whoever I needed to send the info to because she couldnt simply forward it. Guess they didnt want the business.
They emailed me and said they received my inquiry and to call them, which I did about 10 tens. only a voice mail answered and then i got an email 1 week later that said the truck i wanted was sold but they might have others... HMMMM. no thanks.
Unable to answer questions i had related to the vehicle. I spoke with 3 different people and no one could answer my questions.
My experience with this dealership hasn’t been a good one. They ran my credit several, several times. Creating inquiries and then never called me.they don’t follow up, Don’t respond to emails or voicemails. My score went down due to the inquiries and I still didn’t get a car. Horrible.
