The assistant manager lied to me saying i was not qualified when the only reason I went to the shop was because I was qualified. The assistant manager only did this because he wanted the car to be sold cash even though I offered $2,000 down when the car is only worth $4,895

I bought a car from here that I still have not received. They said the car is at BMW being serviced but it has been over a month and it is still being serviced. I was just told today that my payment is due tomorrow even though the paperwork was submitted last week. So now I am paying for a car that I do not have possession of. The still have the vehicle and have not been able to get in touch with anyone about what the next steps are for resolving this.

Terrible people to deal with at 19995 out the door price + 3000 dealer ad ons!!!!! Yes I will called about a Mercedes E250 Diesel advertised for 19995 and wanted an out the door final amount to buy the car and the sales manager proceeded to tell me of all kinds of add on costs that I stated I did not want and he said I had no choice!!!! The total out the door was the purchase price plus almost 3000.00 of added costs and when I questioned him on all these extra charges he became very rude!!! Typical used car dealership. Drove four hours to test drive the vehicle and asked them about the two warning lights on the dash, they said they'd check to see what they were able to do and get back to me...half an hour later I go back up to the desk and ask if they've found anything out yet, they say, "oh...it'll be a few days before we know anything." The price out of the door was $1,500 higher than the list price, for some reason this included almost $1,000 in dealership fees?! I would recommend using a third party mechani... read more

I live in new Jersey and was planning to buy this vehicle. Because I live far I allowed them to run my credit , they not only ran it twice but they never called me back. I rather go a dealer in person and use truecar for a better rate.

The Internet Manager was spot on, but when we drove to the viewing lot, Looked at 15 cars, Test Drove a Mercedes Sedan, and then took the Car for a Firestone and Mercedes checkout, found that the car had over $2800 needed in "Maintenance" type of items (Tires, Brakes, Past Due Servicing - From Actual Mercedes previous owner records). When we requested the sales staff reduce the price to cover the "known" repairs, they were not willing to accomodate our request. Great dealer lots of cars for sale , many of the cars have been in accidents the repairs look good in the pictures. Prices are reasonable based on the previous accidents for the cars . Dealer fees are kind of pricey , though . Seem friendly when I contacted them.

Have real nice cars. But lots of room for improvement for how they treat people. Will jurk you around for hours on finance. Get a pre approval then tell can't do final paperwork til next day. Then tell you can't hold the car you spent a lot of time deciding on ....
