2nd Edit: 11/4/2025 Grateful for 2 month temp tags, but now on day of licensing im running everywhere trying to get an idod. The inspection they sent me with is from July (I purchased my vehicle 9-6) and now it’s expired. So now i have to pay for an inspection for someone to get the ViN and mileage for the license office to Issue my tags. One more Complete Inconvenience! They treat there employees like trash. They give absolutely zero care. Especially Kevin, Bobby…all the porters. As a fiancé of one of your employees, having a baby comes with a lot. BIG ONE-POST PARTUM DEPRESSION! I had a bad bad moment, and my fiancé got permission per KEVIN to go, I didn’t know what ride to do. I needed help at that very moment. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I was lied to the entire time I was there. I had originally been in contact with Frank and when I had a day off and needed to go look at a car he was out of the office. While talking to Frank and giving him to details of my Nissan that I had originally bought from this location (another terrible experience, I should have learned my lesson the first time) he quoted me a trade in of $3-6,000 and when he said they were firm in price he said that if I absolutely loved my car that he would talk to ... read more

We have been here twice and both times not one single person acknowledged our existence. Today, we were trying to get a price on a wagoneer because the QR code brought up the wrong vehicle. We asked a salesman if he knew the price. He tried looking it up but was with another customer (which we understand) but told us to wait until he gets finished or until another salesman comes out. Terrible Experience with this dealership & was turned down because I had my own check from my bank & also told my vehicle I was trad was not worth the value that it was , so I took my business somewhere else & went from buying a used F150 with 30,000 miles on it to buying a new vehicle F150 with 0 miles on it from the dealership , also I did get the full value of my 2019 F150 XLT with 50,000 miles on it with no mechanical issues, that I was told from this dealership . I purchased a used car, I understand that, what I don't understand is less than a month later, needed major repairs, and 6 months later needing them again. I also don't understand why you would say send a friend and we'll reward you. Then NOT reward you because now you tell someone there are stipulations? Like they have to use the same sales person, which is BS. Ohh and your flyer that says 60 days to avoid a late fee? BS!! In the state of Mo is 30 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER PURCHASED A CAR FROM!!! Yes I have purchased several vehicles from other companies. This is not my first time purchasing a vehicle or having to cancel the insurance/warranty because of paying off early and not needing it.
