I purchased a used car, I understand that, what I don't understand is less than a month later, needed major repairs, and 6 months later needing them again. I also don't understand why you would say send a friend and we'll reward you. Then NOT reward you because now you tell someone there are stipulations? Like they have to use the same sales person, which is BS. Ohh and your flyer that says 60 days to avoid a late fee? BS!! In the state of Mo is 30 days. So thanks had to pay a late fee for my tags too. Just a shady shady bus... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER PURCHASED A CAR FROM!!! Yes I have purchased several vehicles from other companies. This is not my first time purchasing a vehicle or having to cancel the insurance/warranty because of paying off early and not needing it. I spoke with a sales team member named Dalton about a Buick Enclave Premium and asked him to verify that it was available. He said that it was, so we made the 75 mile trip to Herculaneum MO. Before we left I texted Dalton to let him know that we were on the way.... crickets.... nothing, but we went anyways. When we arrived we were greeted by Ryan who did an amazing job. 👎 most car lots will come down off a price that was listed online and Chris added 2000 when asked how much to pay total upfront.

BUYER BEWARE!! Twice I’ve bought a car from AutoCenters - first time was Alton/Wood-River location. All my tires were out of balance, bent 22” rim, gas tank on “E”, over charged for GAP, and over charged on bumper to bumper warranty. Took 3 months to receive warranty money refund when they said it would take 30 days or less. Ended up financing through a different company with way better pricing. This place seems a little shady to me. I found a truck on their website that I liked, so I went to test drive it and decided I wanted to buy it. It was listed for $59,995. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting on my trade-in to be appraised and financing, I was told they were ready for me to go to the finance person to finish the paperwork. It was not until then that I learned that the price was not the $59,995 they had on he website, but it was $66,500. Horrible dealership, they pull every dealer scam they can try illegal tactics and will treat you like total crap. Prices online mean nothing Run while you can. Read their other reviews I’m not alone. Wayne tried to cheat us and his fast talking subject changing game almost worked. He then told me he was the only person who could get me into a vehicle like there’s not 2 million cars in the stl area 😂.
