We purchased a Nissan Rogue from them. We worked with a young man, I won't name names. They did not give us a title. We purchased said car on 3-11-23. It is 3-20-23 now, we still haven't recieved the title. I called multiple times about it and they lied multiple times about when we would be getting it. So NO. I WOULND'T RECOMMEND THEM.

I would never recommend anyone to ever go to this dealership ever, and would warn anybody to steer clear of it. I purchased a 2017 BMW X5 40e (plug-in hybrid) and within the first 30 days my dash lit up with a “battery malfunction, power train limited” and I called the dealership and they instructed me to take my vehicle to BMW, as they do not have the technology to diagnose it, so I did that and BMW informed me that it was going to need a $12,000 dollar hybrid battery, in which I was shocked. I decided to delete my post from December 13,22 as I have recently been faced with some challenges. I moved to St Louis in November and needed a new car however as I was living in temporary housing until I could secure a home, the dealership would not allow me to utilize the temporary housing address. Nothing like trading in a vehicle and having to make two payments on it without having possession of it because the dealership never finished your financing on the new vehicle and never paying off the old one. Now after running around and bugging them to do their job calling the dealership multiple times to get this figured out I am now not going to not get reimbursed for the payments by my previous lien holder because AutoCenters Herculaneum paid off the new pay off amount not the previous pay off amount from December 9, 20... read more

We were excited for to buy a Jeep on the 9th but the paper work and getting licensed has been awful! After 3 weeks took we took off work to go and pay taxes and get licensed. When we arrived they let us know that the dealership had not sent us the title and paperwork required. Called and left 2 messages and did not get a response. Finally sent a Facebook message and they let me know that they had the paperwork sitting there and would overnight it to us so we would not have to pay late fees. Would NOT recommend this place, we bought a car there not even one month ago, the car was driving funny after buying it so we took it up there (because there’s a warranty so they say) they had no clue sent us to another dealership which couldn’t get in until yesterday Jan 2nd, we bought the car to drive to Florida so we didn’t have to rent a vehicle since we was needing a new vehicle anyways. After the way Scott Pohlman and his wife treated my 18 year old cousin (their own EMPLOYEE) I would never recommend this dealership. If they bully their own employees, I imagine they will lie and bully their potential customers. This company does not exhibit any sort of professionalism!
