I would never recommend this place to anyone seeing as how your manager Scott Pohlman and his wife thinks it is ok to try and cyber bully his employees. Not only is it immature, but also extremely unprofessional. Distasteful and disgraceful.

A friend of mines son was employed their briefly until bullied by Scott Pohlman and his wife that decided to be jerks and change their fb profiles to Poke fun of said employee. I will do whatever it takes to make sure this company continues to receive terrible reviews. Remember people have villages of support and it takes 1 person to start a main stream of a bad name. Shame on you and the disrespect you gave to someone trying to do a job. Take your business elsewhere - these people are clearly scum.

We found a vehicle online listed for $41,992 at this dealership. It was listed in multiple places at this price. Upon a arriving, the salesman (Travis Sims) told us the vehicle was listed for $42,992. I showed him where I had found it listed online for $1,000 lower. I also emailed prior to making the two hour drive, to inquire about this vehicle. The emails I received back from both Brad Metz and Anthony Cillo, also both stated the vehicle was listed for $41,992. We were asked where we found the listing, so I told them, thin... read more

Business response:

Hi Madi - We apologize this is the perception you got from your visit. The bank fee is a real fee that we show every customer - sometimes we can get it waived, depending on the lender. In this case, the lender was not willing to do so. The price of the vehicle is dependent on the current market which can change every day, we clearly note this in the disclaimer on our vehicles on our website. From what we gathered the issue was the payment on the vehicle being too high, and we apologize we couldn't work with the banks to get ... read more

Purchased a 2018 Ford Edge 9/9/22 upon completion of the paperwork I was told that I would need to make an appointment for a safety and emissions test at a shop near them..Mind you I live about an hour away. Within 24hrs the check engine light came on. Took the vehicle back the next day and was told it was probably the gas cap. 9/12 the vehicle started overheating, decelerating & eventually shut off. The following day a salesman came to pick of the vehicle & gave me a loaner car. 9/19 I picked my vehicle up & was told all ... read more

Business response:

Hi Natasha we're sorry for the inconvenience, but not sure how this warrants a negative review. Yes, the vehicle did has some issues, as sometimes Used vehicles do, but we came to pick the vehicle up, and gave you a loaner for the trouble - something we do not always provide people with. All repairs were paid by us and we rectified the situation. We expedited the vehicle through the shop within 48 hours because of your troubles too. We do not have a car wash on site, and we returned the vehicle with the amount of gas that wa... read more

Need someone to call me asap about the truck you sold me in August. Left voicemail for a Darrin I think.. been holding off on sharing my less than ideal experience since it seemed like you all were trying to redeem yourselves and fix it, but still having issues.

Business response:

We apologize, someone will be in touch asap. Your feedback has been sent to our Management team.

Caveat emptor. Their 90-Day doesn’t cover climate/nav/entertainment. And if you buy a car without testing it fully, you will be left holding the bag. Or, in my case, the lemon.

Business response:

Well, we knew this was coming as you threatened to leave bad reviews if you didn’t get your way. First, we lost $2,916 selling this vehicle to you at an INRCEDIBLY low price. When in finance Dustin offered you an extended warranty and stated that we can’t cover ANYTHING that isn’t covered with the 90 day warranty free warranty or the lifetime powertrain warranty that is also free. You told him that you understood and that you weren’t going to buy any other protection on the vehicle and were aware that you were taking a chan... read more

I recommend my sales person Nolan BUT I will say at 1st they took care of the issues with a vehicle I paid over 42,000 for then, bought the end of May 2022, took about 6 weeks for my title to come in, took it to Sapaugh ( great service) for a oil change they rotated my tires and I had a severe shake so I took it back they kept it for the day because one of my tires wouldn’t balance come to find out it had a cracked rim they welded together and I can’t get to balance. Remind you the 1st car wash I have pink coming through bla... read more

Business response:

Hi Jennifer, we believe we had already contacted and discussed this with you over the weekend. Prior to purchase all issues noted where written in the "We-Owe", and we quickly got all of that taken care of for you in good faith. We agreed that nothing further would be owed after what was noted was fixed. This was an agreement between the dealership and you as the purchaser. You then contacted us 3 months after the sale asking to have your rim replaced. At this point, you had the vehicle well over 12 weeks and must claim owne... read more

Bought a car here. They said I didn’t need a inspection because the car was new enough. Come to find out 2 weeks later after someone totaled said car. I do need an inspection because the title is from Ohio. Now I cannot get the title transferred or do literally anything because of the incompetent people at this dealership. I have had no car for 2 months now and have spent well over 3000 in Uber rides back and fourth to work. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Business response:

Hey Kyle, we're sorry for all of the inconveniences this has caused. However, we would be remiss to not outline the details here: All the vehicle needed was an IDOD for an out of state title. We agreed to pay for that IDOD, but your vehicle got totaled before you got one. We have also discussed this with you already and let you know that this is an issue that you must work with your insurance company on. There is nothing we can do in this case as a seller of the vehicle that was wrecked. The IDOD/inspection should have nothi... read more

They like to bully women( not all but the ones I worked with initially did ) and when I stood up for myself I got the cold shoulder and bums rush out the door missing 4 pieces of paperwork I needed to license my car. Thank god for John who was my saving grace in getting what I needed.

Business response:

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Amie. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us. This has been sent directly to the General Manager. Sincerely, AutoCenters Herculaneum
