I would not recommend working with this dealer. Not only did they have poor communication from start to finish they also can’t be bothered to fix an issue they left me with unknowing to me when I drove out after their cleaning and inspection. When I found out they had removed a part without my consent, I immediately contacted the seller who refused to answer emails or respond back via text and STILL has not. Once you get past their crackhead, chain smoking employees who holler at customers from the front door, you will still be disappointed. All the vehicles on the lot have high miles and NEED a lifetime warranty. I would advise you to go elsewhere. Oh and when you simply ask to exchange the junk they sold you (in the shop twice before the first payment), the market has changed, the vehicle is suddenly worth 9,000 less. Yeah, sure ok. Don’t worry Auto Centers of Herculaneum, we won’t mention this to anyone.
Some of their salesmen have no compassion for people on limited incomes. They like to make fun of them online with their salesman buddies. This isn't a place where I'd want to spend my money.
Purchased a vehicle from them less than two weeks ago. Both CV axles are bad and it vibrates going down the highway. They are so called lifetime warranty. Is bullshit. Pretty much covers nothing. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them in less than a year and once you leave there, they don’t give a shit if there is an issue with the car
