You probably shouldn’t keep employees around that release private and confidential information of potential customers to outsiders such as friends. I worked in the car business and this is absolutely absurd and against their privacy.

Business response:

Our organization takes the privacy of personal information very seriously and have been alerted to this situation. We have reviewed and addressed this with our Salesman and have taken the necessary steps to remedy the situation. We are confident that this will not take place in the future. The satisfaction of our customers and potential customer is paramount with respects to our dealership. We have an excellent reputation achieved over the last 20 + Years, please know that we will continue to provide our best efforts to serv... read more

They are a joke better off going to Laura Buick in Collinsville. I know why the are the #1 Buick dealer in the nation. An they have way more then just Buicks. Chevy, ford, Cadillac, Pontiac, an more. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Business response:

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Alec. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us. This has been sent directly to the General Manager. Sincerely, AutoCenters Nissan

Employee sends out personal information from potential clients. When asked about it he blocks the person. Would not recommend going here, there are better dealerships within walking distance.

Wasn’t what I was looking for but I bet it’s great for others. They were able to work with me but it was not what I was looking for in stock.

Worst experience of my life, Pete Pierce is a con artist and ripped me off for $320. If you’re looking for a vehicle search anywhere but here. I’ve filed complaints with BBB and will be seeking my money back. Never ever have I dealt with such a shady business.

Business response:

Hi Aaron, thank you for sharing. Without divulging the private specifics of this incident, we'd like to invite you to speak with our GM at anytime by emailing mgmt@acdealergroup.com. At any rate, we are sorry we were unable to finalize the original transaction based on information you provided. All efforts were made to explain the difference in refund as presented, as well as why the transaction could not be completed.

Bought a 2021 Rogue didn't get a second key called multiple times and talked Derek about sending it he said he would NEVER DID. It's not like I'm asking for free stuff we bought a BRAND NEW CAR. Then there was a noise coming from the front end my wife took it back twice they found nothing, the 3rd time we had them look at it my father in law dropped it off and they found the noise and ordered parts to fix it. This place is ridiculous ZERO CUSTOMER service after the sale, and the service department definitely ignores what a w... read more

Business response:

Complete waste of time. I was offered $46-$48k for my vehicle online. They solicited me to enter my VIN and give info about my truck. That price made it worth it for me to give a closer look. I called the dealership before making the hour drive and talked to Amanda and said "is this a legitimate offer or am I wasting my time". She said, the offers are usually within that range and that it's definitely worth coming in. So I drove an hour each way only to be told they wouldn't offer more than $41k for it. Absolute... read more

Business response:

All efforts are made to communicate our provided value offers upon inspecting a vehicle as any estimates given without seeing the vehicle are not guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

They definitely don’t inspect their used cars before they sell them. Bought a used car from them around 2pm and around 9pm the same day the check engine light came on with a knock sensor code. Hard to believe the light wasn’t on before they sold the car and they probably just cleared it. They fixed everything free of charge but it took about a week and a half after I bought the car to actually be able to drive it. Don’t seem like the most trustworthy people

Business response:

We are sorry for any inconvenience, and are happy the dealership was able to address the issues for you at no cost.
