Went in and looked at a car said I was ready to buy. Filled out financial paperwork at dealership. Finance guy at dealership said he couldn't get an answer until morning, offered to leave a deposit. Salesman said no keep your check. Called in morning dealership financial guy got financing in order. Said would come to pick up car at end of day. Got call sold car. Such bullshit wasted my time. Now , after reading all these stories about service and customers' experience , I am really scared before my appointment on coming Tuesday for a key ( does not have to mention I should have received both keys at the time of purchase my brand new CRV - obviously they lost it but had hard time to admit their fault , feeding me some bs as an explanation)

Baught a pre-owned "Dealer-Certified" Accord from Autonation Honda (O'Hare). I was promised a car that will not only be clean but also detailed from inside. It wall well past 10 pm when i took possession of the car after all the paperword. O’Hare was ok for the first few years while my car was under warranty but they have you sit hours for simple oil change. Couple weeks ago, my air conditioning didn't work so I called for appointment and you'd person what was wrong. She set the appointment for the next day and arrive there at that time. Would prefer ZERO.....I am appalled by the ridiculous experience I am having with the service department. Bought my car 6/24 with a remote start. The service department has had the car for the better part of 2 weeks & it STILL isn't working correctly & I don't have it back. My car payment is due in 3 days & I HAVE NO CAR

I brought my Honda Fit in for a recall to be fixed. My car sat for weeks before the parts came in. The returned my car with multiple problems. Car locks don't work, battery is dead, and the radio does not work. Left hand turn signal causes the doors to lock. I guess a car just does this on its own! They insist they had nothing to do with and that cars "where out". I went in for a recall and my car is now costing over 1,000 dollars. Horrible place! Do not go here for car repairs.

Horrible experience. I drove from Wabash, IN to purchase a vehicle and had an agreed price with the sales individual, Jericho Davitto.
