Very dishonest Service Advisor named OMAR Save yourself Very dishonest Service Advisor named OMAR Save yourself NEVER go to this delearship and have this guy rip-off your hard earned money! (1st owner, bought it brandnew) Brought the ‘16 Rogue w/ 50,000 miles currently to Autonation Nissan Las Vegas to have the AC check due to insufficient cold air. "Sucks. Paid cash for my car and they even managed to make..." Sucks. Paid cash for my car and they even managed to make that a pain in the butt. I recieve "coupons" and "promos", but when I drive the 20 miles to get there they don't know what I'm talikg about. Was told I get a few free oil changes, I get there and they say I don't. "Service Dept quoted me $3,300 to fix my car. Took to..." Service Dept quoted me $3,300 to fix my car. Took to several different mechanics who all quoted me between 1,000 to 1,300 to fix the car. Autonation Nissan is not a good place to take your cat to be repaired. I was also told that the dealership made up a problem that did not existed.

"I had made an appointment to have my vehicle service..." I had made an appointment to have my vehicle service done. The cost I was quoted was similar to what I usually pay...that was I thought. Boy I was wrong, I was nickled and dimed by this dealership. The discount I was promised wasn’t included. The services that usually bundled together were itemized and billed separately. "I made an appointment on a Saturday 8am for an oil..." I made an appointment on a Saturday 8am for an oil change, new tire and new battery they had my car all day till 5pm. When I picked up my car they informed me that my car had a leak but they where unable to repair the leak that day and I needed to make another appointment. "This place is a joke, at least my experience with..." This place is a joke, at least my experience with Alejandro in the Sahara location was, he’s the worst! He promises accessory’s then when the deal is made he gives you the runaround then denies everything!

"Service department is terrible. They will charge you for..." Service department is terrible. They will charge you for warranty work by saying it needs diagnosis and then tell you nothings wrong or we couldnt duplicate problem. Took my daughters car in for a tranmission problem which is known on these nissans and because they drove the car 21 miles and checked it with a scan tool it was good. Fortunately I got them to waive the $120.00 diagnostic fee. Also which I've never paid for or ever been mentioned to me at other deale... read more
