Andrew Andrews was helpful and informative when dropped off my car. When I asked for courtesy pick up he agreed to send the driver after lunch. I waited over an hour and called at round 2:30pm. Andrew stated he had been advised that they no longer did pick ups. He did not call to tell me, I wonder if he would wait until to end of the time transportation stopped at 3pm to advise me. Absolute no customer service from any of the upper team (management ) Luis the sales manager acted really upset I ended up on his office. no one wanted to do their jobs, I lost my Uber waiting and waisted hours of my day. And I didn’t get service on my car

Well in 2020 I bought my Murano from this dealer ship & I went for the service recently !! Made the appointment for my oil change service & had the coupon for $44.99 for the oil changed & Tire rotation!! Well when I showed the coupon the service advisor mentioned that coupon had expired & cant honor that so he charged me $64 instead of $44.99 , but the worst part is that is my key fob needed to change with new battery & I was told before in the same dealership that the key fob battery has Life time warranty!! For the most part the service I usually receive at this location is usually quite pleasant. The cashiers are always pleasant, so dont change that. The service department is okay, although I wish Nissan in general offered more deals regarding service repairs and maintenance. I say this because of whats going on in the economy right now and the fact that whenever possible I prefer to take my car to the dealership instead of some of these other repair places.
Terrible service! Had an appointment to get two items fixed. Had a minor rattle in my roof, and had a more major issue with my air-conditioned seats not working. While at the dealership, they told me the motor was running backwards in the seats, and I was sent on my way. They told me they would get back to me shortly. 12 days later, I have not heard a word back from the dealership. Terrible service!

The rep assigned to me for the day was very stand offish and seem to be upset I didn’t want to get all the work done on my car with him. I booked a simple appointment and he wanted me to spend thousands at the appointment. I asked him to print off the quotes for the work needed and he stated okay, then stated he would just email it. It’s the next day and still haven’t received anything.

You guys are lied,I brought my friend over there and bought a $35000 thousand dollars car,and she paid Cash. The salesman got my information and said will send a check for $100 dollars for reference. I still haven’t received yet 😩
I went in for a recall service, and ended up waiting 90 minutes longer then estimated by the dealer. If I had been told ahead of time the real wait I could have worked around it (shuttled home, etc.)
I bought my 2021 Murano on March 2nd of 2021, had 2 services done on vehicle, was never explained by the service tech what would be done on my Murano, just took my key and it was brought to the back, that happened on my 5,000 and 10,000 mile service.
