This is the second time they don't wash my car after major services. Last time i had Omar work on my car and he's nice; no car wash after spending so much money. Recently, Matt worked on my car and this time i spoke up that my car wasn't washed. I don't know why these people act shocked or confused that my car wasn't washed when they should know from checking, before calling the client that their car is ready. Bought a car had to take it back bad breaks and booster went out took car back

Bad service, for an oil change take 2 plus hours with appointment that’s redicules

Sales department was misleading And not thorough. Disappointed with the end result of the purchased vehicle. Mislead about vehicle coverage.

Every year i get service my plate is missing wish One staff had better attitude I maybe switching mike was amazing and made it right it always something hopefully they do better i do appreciate that the manager came out i did miss my other appointment because of my plate missing and I'm very disappointed

Service costs are too high. Customer service is lacking with rep Mariia Mejia..called for assistance and to date still have not heard back. Took my business elsewhere

I been coming to this dealership for 3 years now. I thought the reason I wasn't getting my car washed after a service was because I had to pay extra I asked another customer and he said no it come with every service 😐 I'm like wow 3 years no car wash.. then as I watched several other cars come back washed I noticed that all the other customers with washed cars were white men and women ... then I got slapped with the truth a black man got his car back right be4 mine as mine nor his was washed I am very disappointed and sad i... read more

If my rep could of been. Truthful about my money coming back on selling to them but decided to say nothing knowing he knew I thought I was getting same day as I was offered of course low end should of just taken my sale price of my mustang and left but I said im gonna need a car but was offered no mark offs now I looked up the price and once again over charged I try to be fair so they can make money I get but to get over on me after I try to call text took awhile for response but prior they where on my xxx so pushy and think... read more
