This is a criminal enterprise. Less trustworthy than an anonymous craigslist ad and twice as likely to give you an STI.
Think twice before you buy used cars from this dealer. Its sales people and managers have no hesitation to commit fraudulent sales.

Dysfunctional, not customer centric, service department is a dark hole. You cannot get to your service advisor due to phone software that should be replaced.

This was the worst experience buying or leasing a car we’ve ever had. I forwarded along all of the info needed in hope of being in and out at the dealership. It still took more than 2 hours. Then the brand new car we bought was making a banging noise from day one. I called after have it for 2 days and it took at least 8 calls before someone picked up the phone at the dealership. Was told they couldn't finance the cheaper car but they could on a car that was more. Put deposit down, gave them proof of income & when I went back to pick up the car was told they couldn't get financing. Wasted a week.

Leased a 2021 Rogue and had transmission issues from the first week. Had 8 visits since then and it is still having problems with the CVT. Software has been changed bit I know I will never deal with Nissan ever again.
