I went in for oil change. Of course they say..I need brake fluid change. 171.00 tire rotation. 25.00 air and cabin filter 100.00. And somehow a dent in the side of my car that was not there when I took in. They said they didn't do. Ya ok. You know it happened there. So to expensive. And they will dent your car.
Took suv in for new $1100 fan assembly. Got it back next day but it was reading kilometers not miles. Took it back, they tried to reset cluster and hard reset. Did not work. Said only way to fix was for me to replace cluster for $1850. Horrible experience
Did not resolve my car issues, still waiting for a return call from service department
So I had an appointment for a recall I show up and when I get there they tell me to come back another day because they didn’t have the part for the recall. Why couldn’t they tell me this over the phone.. Wasted my time, gas ⛽️

I was told by my service Rep that my car is ready. Had sign off the work order and wait outside for my car. I waited for over 30 minutes outside and it was cold that day.
I was surprised to get back in my car and have the seat I was surprised to get back in my car and have the seat still wrapped in plastic, the floor was still covered and the tag service number was still on the dashboard. In the past, the car was cleaned. I did not receive a copy of the work done as in the past.
