I originally called to set up a transport for one vehicle and found out that I was able to use the same company to transport a second vehicle from a different state to my location. not only was one of my deliveries on time the other one was actually a day ahead of scheduled delivery.

Picked up a week late and then charged me 50 $ for and pick up change of address.

Regarding the $50 address-change fee, this charge is issued by the carrier when the pickup location is altered after dispatch, as it affects their routing and scheduling. We wish the customer well.

Whatever you do - do not use auto star. The contractor they assigned the job to tried to scam me. First they told me that the truck broke down so they were a day late, then they called me at 6 am telling me that I had to meet them a mile from my home. When I go to the location they have parked in the middle of a very busy street with cars speeding by in either direction. Avoid this agency by all means. For one the person Carlos or whatever his name is, phone number 786-725-2239 was very rude and got upset when I said I was quoted less. SIGNIFICANTLY LESS. Don't use them, they will charge you about $700 more then it actually costs to ship a car. Pro tip: If you are shipping your car by ocean use anyone else to ship it to the nearest port then book the ocean travel directly through AML / Lynden, MSC, AMC.

Our experience with Auto Star could not have been more seamless. Immediate, helpful, and friendly responses. Incredibly quick turnaround and the best and most dependable service and communication. We only had a 1 day window to get the car packed up and shipped and Auto Star arranged a pickup that very next day as promised. I recently used AutoStar Transport Express to ship my car from NY to TX, and it was a very disappointing experience. Initially, the sales representative, Demitri, offered a seemingly great deal and promised delivery within 3-4 days. However, the reality was far from what was promised. The company assigned inexperienced drivers and unreliable trucking companies, which led to significant damage to my vehicle. When my car finally arrived, it had several dents and damaged parts. When they picked up my car all my features and windows worked. When I got it back my passenger-side mirror was facing nearly at the ground, I fixed that by hand. Then I found my passenger side window was knocked off track and wouldn't go up or down. They'd damaged it likely by smacking the living sh#t out of my passenger side window or hitting one hell of a bump hard enough to knock my window off track. The customer had this vehicle in their possession for 10 days before reporting any damage. How can it be proven that damage was done during transport, when they've had the vehicle in their possession for 10 days?? Tony lies about timing, then day of shipment hides. We made 22 calls and Mark the owner is why car transport has terrible name. They are rude and expensive. Save your money. They screwed a young veteran family and read their yelp reviews. Very bad.
