I have never shipped an automobile before so I was a little apprehensive. But with my first call to the company they put me right to ease.From beginning to end it was very smooth. Anyone I talked to was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.. From pick up to delivery it was everything I hoped it would be. Everything was timely and smooth. Customer service was wonderful. Delivery was several days late. Actually three different delivery dates and times were promised and not delivered. They were apologetic, not always timely with phone calls, but car was delivered safe and undamaged. Cost us much extra for a rental car which would have been a great customer experience to have split the cost. Know we have to give leeway for delivery but was promised three different times when they were close by and reneged on time with no calls till I called them. Would use them ... read more

My overall experience with Montway is great. They are very responsive and fast. The shipment is also fast and professional that my two vehicles are checked very carefully (including milage) at both pickup and delivery. They also provided good flexibility about pickup and delivery dates to cater to my needs. My only minor issue is about its tracking webpage, which was not updated very timely, which raised my concern and I made several phone calls to clear it. I have used Montway Auto Transport several times in transporting my car between Chevy Chase, MD, and Palm Beach, FL, as I am a snowbird. Their service has always been impeccable. They have been timely in pick up and drop off, this most recent trip taking only two days! The car has always arrived in excellent condition with no damage. Very happy with Montway and Andrew(driver). First time shipping car to Tucson. It was strange process though, first working with Montway for weeks then switching to working with Andrew from Arko transport only a week before the car was to be picked up.
