I just got down here yesterday and my 4 runner has 2 symmetrical dents in the back I believe it’s from the back gate of the towing trailer it was the last car loaded I have pictures I need a phone call to fix the situation I am extremely upset

Delivered late at night and did not tell me they had wrecked the rear right panel of my truck. But he came me with a sob story about him getting stuck so I went ahead and paid but the next morning I was terribly surprised they ruined my vehicle now I have to get it fixed on my own .! Never again.
When I called, I asked if this was the direct to the company Auto Star. not a broker. They told me my car would be in Florida by the weekend. However, after they took the initial deposit (brokers fee) they were unable to give me a date when the car would be picked up. I contracted Auto Star to move a car from RI to Kansas City. MO for an action. I signed an agreement and was guaranteed that my vehicle would arrive in Kansas City by the two-day window for the weekend Action. I was in contact with their dispatch person as the date came closer, but I had yet to receive the driver's information. Buyer beware: their contract is completely open ended for them. The salesperson (Sofia Wolf) said they would pick up the vehicle I had purchased the next day. This was on a Thursday. The car needed to be moved as it could not stay where it was. After getting the runaround Friday and Saturday, I had to hire another company to complete the task on Sunday. Unprofessional lying company. They steal a huge chunk of money for a deposit and don’t give it back after they lie saying that they will pick up the next day. No service, no communication, nothing. To what or who this money goes to??? Obviously they’re failing if th need to fight with the credit card company in order to get the money disputed back to them. Such crooked weirdos to do this! It’s actually sick what they did to me.
I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with AutoStar Transport Express LLC. I recently used their services for a round trip vehicle transportation from MA to CO, and the entire process was a total nightmare. In October of last year, looking to ship my car on January 4th - 6th of this year (2023), I engaged the services with them to transport my vehicle from MA to CO, with a return trip specified. I've always used Bears Transport but I thought I would try Auto Star because they were cheaper BIG MISTAKE. I told them I needed my car picked up between May 10th-May 12th because I was flying out on the 13th. I was told on the 10th still looking for a driver, on the 11th I was told still looking for a driver on the 12th I was told same thing.
