I went to NW Raleigh Avance Care for the first time today, for a curbside Covid test. The visit was pain-free and enjoyable (I know, surprising for a visit to the doctor!). Everyone was so friendly, patient, and helpful, especially Sabrina the medical assistant and Mrs. Brown the PA. I highly recommend this establishment for all who are seeking medical care.

Everyone in this office is very friendly and very caring. From the front desk to phlebotomists and the MA and especially Jason. Highly recommend this office for medical care.
Always pleasant and professional. After years of trying to find a doctor office that makes me feel welcome, finally found it. The staff is amazing. Especially enjoy my experience with Virginia. Keep up the great work.
had the same family doctor for over 22 years and when he left I was honestly quite nervous about starting over with someone new. I adored him so it felt like a big change. I chose Dr. Coffey and I have to say I am genuinely so impressed and relieved. She is absolutely amazing warm kind and truly took the time to really listen and get to know me not just as a patient but as a person. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and I honestly think I made the perfect choice. I couldn’t be happier.
For over ten years I was very pleased with the Avance Care located on Ramble Way in Raleigh. The latest PA, a Patel woman was very condescending. Each time she checked my vitals, she said "god job", "good job". I am not a child; I am a seventy-seven-year-old female with my faculties in tip top shape. Furthermore, her mask covered most of her face, as though she was hiding some communicable disease. I was thoroughly disgusted with this woman's behavior. Isabel W.

I did not complete my forms prior to arriving and traffic on Vollege St was horrendous. I called the office to tell them I would be 5 minutes late and the the receptionist said I must schedule. I would not attend this office for this. Practioners spend a fortune acquiring new clients and the receptionist FLIPPENTLY SAID OK when I said I would not reschedule with this practice. They cost him money! I would FIRE HER.

Since this was removed the first time: Megan at the clinic desk is very rude, hung up after talking over me, and definitely wont be at Avance long. Edit in response to owner: Thank you; I did ring in with the local office earlier (910-537-1874) and was told someone would call back after they finished a task. It is 9am the next day and Ive not received a call. This was my second visit at this site. And the 2nd time I have seen this NP. First of all she said to me that I should go to the site that I usually go to and not switch back and forth like I was her child. My ear was stopped up so I am thinking this is someting that was simple enough, so I will qo to the site that was closet to my home.
