I used to love it here. Dr Brayboy was the best Dr I've ever had- I saw leonna Miller this visit and she was so disappointing. She rushed me, commented rudely on my blood pressure and ignored my requests- I need a sleep study and have had a sinus issue for a month; she dismissed me and said she'd refer me to an ENT... I came in for blood work,at 8:30 am,I had an appointment,so 9:32 am later still no simple blood work,I am very disappointed,in this facility,I would not recommend them to any new patients, apparently,they are too busy for anyone
When you first came to Charlotte I would give you a 10/10.. it’s not been long, you ran out our pediatric providers now you are running out the best doctors in Charlotte. Portal lacking integration with patients coming in with doctors joining Avance
I was a previous patient at Crescent Family Practice and have been for years, they were amazing. My whole family have been patients of Crescent as long as I can remember. Since being merged with Advance Care Cary my experience with my normal medical care has been horrible!!! I wish that I could give zero stars to Dr. Aluru. I had my annual physical/wellness appt with her. She was rude, condescending and dismissive. Even worse, she refused to refill my prescriptions (which were prescribed by other providers in this office), which will now require me to book another appt, take time out of my schedule and pay for another appointment. I will never book an appointment with her again.
