Yesterday’s visit with my daughter was not a pleasant experience. I’ve always had great interactions at this office, which is why I’ve continued to come here. However, this visit was disappointing. Sharing very negative feedback for both the Doctor approach for patient treatment and their Billing department attitude to the Client. We applied for a pediatrician visit to get treatment for our sick child - in our family he was the 4th person get sick, and all other family members had mycoplasma pneumonia. The patient had a temperature >100F and a cough, fatigue. They charged my doughtier in 1 visit $465 (after insurance $357) If the self pay charged less than insured person (What can we call that policy?)

I need a different psychiatrist, I don't think we click very well
The doctor should find a job in politics, he absolutely does not hear the patient's arguments about the situation with the disease in the family and suggests dealing with this case separately by sending home a child with a high fever without any treatment. All he had to do was write a prescription, but it was more important for him to show his importance
