Verified Renter So far not been to good. Was told amount to have moved in last Friday that was wrong. And after I thought all was good and look at the place nothing like I thought it would been but have no choose now
Verified Renter Security and safety are an issue. Tenant upstairs constantly allowing homeless people into her apartment. Don’t feel safe walking pet or even leaving my apartment.

Verified Renter Had a few issues but overall it is good. Hot water was lukewarm warm, stove is unacceptable( dirty under oven handle and can’t read the temperature gauges on front, several cabinets painted shut and haven’t been able to open.) Tenants do not clean up after pets, unable to use laundry room as no instructions on how to use as machines don’t take quarters.
Verified Renter Staff has been very helpful, but there were things I had problems with in the unit right as I moved in. I received the wrong mailbox key, one of the showers in my unit does not get get hot, and there were roaches the day I moved in. The washer and dryer work great, I had no issues getting WIFI, and I like the amount of storage.

Verified Renter Not a very good experience , I was placed in a one bedroom apartment when I’d signed a lease for a 2br with upgrades…. Months later I was placed in a 2br but not with upgrades . I also had to be the exterminator getting rid of 2 rats that were in the apartment on arrival but still had to pay for the exterminator fee…. I am very disappointed

HORRIBLE STAFF DON’T STAY HERE!! I just moved in a little over a month ago and have already had 2 major issues with the leasing agents. First, after I was shown an apartment to move into, they wrote down a price and told me it was available immediately and I could take a day to decide. . Don’t park your car here I’ve lived at Avila for 11 months. During that 11 months the water has been shut off numerous times due to busted pipes, large cracks have started to appear in my walls, the floor in the dining room is sinking in and has separated from the baseboards. Horrible I lived at this property for a couple of months and I felt like they treated me and my family horrible. So we are all human, and not ever check falls on the first, so went my wife went to tell them about the issue it was ok. Tell me why a week later, the constable come and knock on our door to hand is papers saying we owe an amount to the apartment for 75$ and more.
