Lease signing and official residency I officially signed my lease and received my keys to my new apartment today!!!..When i say my new place is EVERYTHING, it is just that!....Noah made my application and approval process so smooth and professional and he definitely is awesome @what he does....Being able to sign your lease online is the greatest...I am so looking forward to my new place.....Thanks again guys!??

LOVE This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and easily accessible whenever you need something or have a question. Everything was remodeled and I am obsessed. The neighbors are super friendly and very quiet. Highly recommended!

Perfect for myself I moved into my apartment about 4 months ago. I live alone and it is the perfect size for just me. The office workers have been helpful when I needed them and I like being close to the restaurants. Cool place

Nice Remodel These apartments are great with new fixtures and updated appliances. Pricing is good too. I highly recommend.

H<3ME Refreshed apartment complex and I am more than blown away. I grew up in Waco and passed these all the time. The new and continuing improvements to this complex are definitely why I moved here. The outside of this complex just pops with modern colors and design. When choosing an apartment or home sometimes you think well the outside is okay but the inside is better. Top choice and friendly staff!!! Me and my husband have been here about 4 months and I must say I am blown away by this place. The staff first off is incredibly friendly! I usually deal with Krista or Chris, both incredible customer service, not to mention charm! We absolutely love our apartment and the updates the property has been doing. So many new updates!! Avila has been a great place to live for the past 2 months or so. Here lately the community has been doing a great job on updates to the grounds and making it a great place to live. Everyone in the office is so nice when I have contacted them and any maintenance issues have been addressed immediately!! Thank you Avila for being an amazing place to live!!

Love the changes!! I've lived here for a few months and I've seen so many improvements in that short amount of time. It's refreshing to be somewhere where they not only care about maintaining their property but also continue to make it better. I love that everything is brand new in my apartment and my dogs & I both love that there is a real dog park here which makes things so much easier.
