Verified Renter It is an amazing community and nearby many convenient locations like schools and grocery stores and fast food places. Amazing and helpful staff as well. I would give a 5 star but didn’t due to laundry room near leasing office needing a few repairs but other than that NO COMPLAINTS! Been here for almost 2 years

Great place to live While living here I have had no great experiences with the staff. They are quick when there is something wrong in the apartment. And they always work with you when pay day falls on a different date as rent is due. And they don’t pester you if you stay in contact with them. And the property is well kept and super dog friendly.
Wonderful Property and Management I moved here earlier in the year with my sister. We came from a complex that was difficult to work with. Moving to Avila has been the best decision we have made. Management is so easy to work with and they do a wonderful job at fostering a sense of community here. There are always fun events happening here! Management has also done wonderful things to help encourage a great environment for its residents! I highly recommend checking them out!
