Professional and responsive In the application process, they were quick to get back to me and answered any an all questions. Moving in was smooth and easy. It's a nice campus, too.

Great place to live! My boyfriend and I have recently moved here, it was a wait but totally worth it, we have been living here since October and it’s been great. Neighbors are very friendly and we have no complaints. Very pet friendly and the office is so nice and helpful. We had a water leak and the very next day they came to fix it.

Wonderful I have been living in Avila for two years. I love it. They have 24-hour on-site maintenance personnel, surveillance camera, and night patrol. I feel very safe. The rent price is very reasonable. The property manager Betsy and assistant property manager Ricie are very upbeat, energetic, and enthusiastic. Maintenance team are very responsive to your needs. I also lived and toured other apartments in Waco. I guarantee that you cannot find a better price with same quality.

Just amazing I have lived at Avila for a year now and love it here. My apartment is nice, maintenance is on top of things, my dog loves the dog park, and the new management is great.

Lease signing and official residency I officially signed my lease and received my keys to my new apartment today!!!..When i say my new place is EVERYTHING, it is just that!....Noah made my application and approval process so smooth and professional and he definitely is awesome @what he does....Being able to sign your lease online is the greatest...I am so looking forward to my new place.....Thanks again guys!??

LOVE This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and easily accessible whenever you need something or have a question. Everything was remodeled and I am obsessed. The neighbors are super friendly and very quiet. Highly recommended!

Perfect for myself I moved into my apartment about 4 months ago. I live alone and it is the perfect size for just me. The office workers have been helpful when I needed them and I like being close to the restaurants. Cool place

Nice Remodel These apartments are great with new fixtures and updated appliances. Pricing is good too. I highly recommend.
