prime location The location is perfect! Literally 5 minutes from EVERYWHERE. Schools, shopping, hospital....you name it. TWO pools, Pet friendly, GOOD neighbors, GOOD floorplans, and GREAT management. Guranteed satisfaction!!!!
Center of Attention Perfect location, right in the middle of Waco so nothing is too far. Friendly vibes everywhere. Children laughing and fuzzy friends running around.
short term I moved into the complex last July with intentions of being out in six months. 15 months later, I am completely content with my home. Although I reside in a beautiful two-bedroom apartmet, I consider it a HOME. With excellent property management, pet friendly environemt, and a safe living conditions, I encourage any one apartment searching to look into Sanger Oaks. Satisfaction is guaranteed from the inside out.
sanger oaks I just moved into these apartment, and so far they are really nice and quiet.And the pool was really clean.
Best for the price I moved in on September 1, 2015 everything so far has been to my liking.
GREAT STAFF The ladies in the office are great always very helpful and the maintenance staff is awesome.

Verified Renter Staff has been very helpful, but there were things I had problems with in the unit right as I moved in. I received the wrong mailbox key, one of the showers in my unit does not get get hot, and there were roaches the day I moved in. The washer and dryer work great, I had no issues getting WIFI, and I like the amount of storage.
