Very Bad. I have lived at Sanger Oaks (Avila) for over six months and for the last four months we have been dealing with a very strong pet odor from the neighbor who lets their dog use their entire apartment for a bathroom. The smell is coming thru the wall into our apartment. I have notified maintenance and management numerous times and have been told that they would take care of it and that the neighbor would be moving out at the beginning of May which was a lie.
