I'm a Realtor and have used Axium Home Inspections many time. This time did not disappoint. Kyle Sokol was extremely thorough without "nit picking" the 1972-home to pieces. Kyle stuck to the important issues, completed a very professional and thorough inspection, and wrote a professional report of the facts. Kyle stayed with the Sewer Scope tech throughout the scope and was professional with the tech as well. Thank you Kyle. And thank you Axium.

Very professional and responsive national company with plenty of local talent to conduct the inspection. Great at listening, explaining, and obviously knowing a great deal about every aspect of the inspection. Kyle, the inspector, was communicative and professional and friendly and helpful - thank you so much! The backend staff at Axium have been frustrating unfortunately. They forgot to add the agreed-upon discount but finally did, they sent me a reminder to pay even though I'd already paid, they sent me an incomplete report, etc...

Getting my Denver rental inspection for my unit was a breeze. Cheapest out there with the best experience, hands down great value. Had customer service reach out to me throughout the process quickly when needed and the inspector was very professional and allowed for me to get my re-inspection done easily without needing another appointment. Will refer all who needs to this them and will seek them out again in the future when it comes to any inspection.

The team at Axium is extremely responsive and thorough. We are buying a new construction home home and have had them come out twice, once during the pre-drywall phase and again for an inspection/sewer scope just before closing. Tim K. did a great job and was very detailed in his report. Mike, Ryan, and Brianna in the office were also very friendly and quick to reply to any questions/requests we had. Highly recommend Axium!

David Montano, inspector from Axium, performed the home inspection required upon purchasing my home. He meticulously tested all areas over a period of a few hours.
