72 hours after sending in the test as directed, it had not arrived. After arrival it can take 10-24 hours to get test results. This is NOT a good test to take if you are using it for travel to a Hawaii. It was a complete waste of money!
The product is fine. Costco wonderful. AZOVA is the problem. They want to sell you the kit rather than send you to Costco directly. Dealing with them is a nightmare. It cost me over $600 to get a test result in time for my flight
Very frustrated to say we purchased these kits for upcoming travel to Hawaii. We took them as soon as we could as Hawaii has a 72 hour limit (so 3 days to the minute before our flight to Hawaii departed). Azova customer service wasn't particularly helpful with instructions. After collecting our saliva samples, we rushed the packages to the UPS store to get them shipped back to Azova in NJ. The product was purchased to accommodate travel to Hawaii without quarantine. Hawaii has very specific testing requirements and a limited number of accepted testing companies, Azova being one. Unfortunately, due to the New Years holiday, video testing (required for Hawaii acceptance) wasn’t available, resulting in no test result available prior to arrival in Hawaii. We took the test Wednesday, then drove 80 miles to drop it off at the UPS store so it would be overnighted by UPS. It is Friday and it hasn’t even arrived at the lab yet. We leave on our trip tomorrow. What a waste of money!
You can’t get the results back within the 72 hours to book a Hawaii flight if you have a Sunday in the time window.

Hello - We are sorry for any confusion regarding when timely results can be received. Both UPS and the Azova lab are closed on Sunday, which can cause delays in results on Tuesday and Wednesday.. However, Azova is aware of the possible delays which may occur, and thus reflects the resulting recommendations on the Costco webpage for this item. I bought 3 kits for a trip to Hawaii. They arrived on time and we didn't encounter any issues with receiving them and conducting the tests. I shipped the 3 kits in individual boxes per the instructions to a lab in Savanah, GA via UPS next day service (boxes were pre labeled from Azova. One of the kits made it to the lab, but the other 2 got stuck in Louisville, KY. When I called UPS they said it was because of weather, but then why would one make it to the lab. The kit ending in 6753 was delivered to the lab on 02/12/2021 09:24 AM. The other kit arrived at the lab on 02/16/2021 09:16 AM.
