This was never delivered. I was traveling out of the country and needed a covid test to return. It said the order had shipped, but it never arrived. I called Costco and they said it was not eligible to return. I dont want to return it, I NEVER GOT IT!!! Now I have ot do a chargeback with my bank
West coast residents....realize the test is shipped BACK to Georgia....took test 2/17 (all UPS requirements met).. now 48 hours later, test still not arrived for result testing.
Azova's lab is in Savanna, GA. If you do not live anywhere near there, there is a high likeliness that your results will not get to you in time. My sample took over 2 days to arrive at the lab from California. I had to make other vacation plans, because Azova was not able to deliver. Azova does not have the infrastructure and processes in place to deliver nationwide pre-travel testing and guarantee a 72 hour turnaround time. Customer experience is also very bad. Ordered on a Sunday, I needed to take my test today for my results to arrive in time for my Upcoming flight on Sunday. Its Thursday night and still not arrived. Im scrambling last minute to figure something else out. Thanks Costco/azova...

Unfortunately, it was not delivered until 12/19/2021. Ordered these kits for my family for travel to Hawaii. Did everything according to instructions. Our flight is on Sat Morning so we test on Wednesday and mail out kits that same day (UPS next day air). I did not receive our test results until 6 days later! We had to re-book our flights, change hotel and car reservations and take another test at the airport. This was very stressful!!!
This was a very stressful process. My husband and I sent our Covid test via UPS. His arrived at the lab but mine didn't. Having to rely on UPS to get to the Savannah, GA location to get COVID results is not worth it. We had to cancel our trip to Hawaii. Lost money and would never do it again.
The lab is closed on Sat and Sun so DO NOT USE THIS TEST for 72 hour pre travel testing if you are flying on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday early morning or else your test results may not arrive in time. We did not know this until we took the test and found out it would it be too late and we had to drive 100 miles to take an in person test at the airport at the last minute and wasted hundreds of dollars on this test. The disclaimer has now been added about revel dates unfortunately that was not included when I purchased my tests a few weeks ago. We fly out on a Tuesday. We didn’t learn about the day restrictions until we tried to schedule out tests. I thought Costco was more ethical than this. What a disappointment.

In order to be transparent, we have ensured that those restrictions are clearly displayed in multiple places on the Costco website and we have had those displayed for several months. However, if your test kits are still unused, they can be used at any point convenient for you in the future, as long as the EUA remains intact and the test is within its expiration date. If you’re going to Hawaii I would only use this if it’s your absolute only option and you’re okay with it not working. Or use this and have a backup option and be ready to pay twice. I don’t heed enough of the warnings. If you can do rapid testing do that instead. We tested at exactly the right time, got it to the UPS next day air drop off before they picked up. Hello - we are sorry that you experienced shipping delays due to winter storms. According to our records, your kit was shipped on 02/15 and delivered to the lab on 02/17. This one day delay in shipping was due to the winter storms which have delayed shipping all across the U.S. However, Hawaii restrictions have changed as a result of these winter storms; from Feb 18th-Feb 24th, Hawaii allowed tests to be taken 96 hours prior to travel, due to any shipping delays which were caused by winter storms.
