Get your covid test locally. I should have listened to other reviews. This is a scam, do not buy. We did the test for Hawaii and shipped as instructed by the overnight air deadline at UPS. Package was sent to Kentucky instead of Atlanta which is where it was supposed to go. This resulted in the package arriving to the testing facility 2 whole days after it was supposed to arrive. Absolutely useless for Hawaii flights or any reliability for travel.
The results came too late and I had to go and get another Covid rapid test the day before we left so that we could make our Hawaii trip. When I called all I got was their standard answer. No one could tell me exactly when the results would be complete.
Didn’t come back in time for our flight...
This is fairly easy to execute but you cannot count on receiving results in time. There is no way to check on the status or whether you will receive it on time or not so you can make alternate plans. my test delivery was delayed by a day thru ups. I contacted azova to understand status and to expedite the test but they were not able to tell me anything. So I spent $140 on a test that arrived about 2 hours too late and another $250 to take the test last minute.
My wife and I needed approved COVID-19 tests in order to take our vacation in Hawaii. I realize in writing this that all this was done with the company that Costco contracts with. In regard to backing their product to us, Costco has been extremely conscientious. However, the Azova company was smugly unconcerned that their lack of service cost me my vacation to Hawaii. We were told we would have the results 12-48 hours after we took them. We didn’t get the results until 4 days later than we needed them. We had to go and get tested somewhere else so we could get our results.
someone should know that if the test is proctored on a saturday or sunday their test will NOT be in transit by the chosen vendor UPS for they do not overnight any parcel on those days. it’s also to remember that it’s nearly impossible to receive any kind of refund either from azova directly or costco and for that matter any costco executive that phones you about your refund will most certainly NOT REFUND any uber expenses you may incur while you wait at the airport for test results that don’t arrive on time. bottom line DON... read more
I purchased this product for Covid travel to Hawaii. It took one week to get my test results back. I had to cancel my trip because of the delay in getting the test results.
Waited over a half an hour for someone to answer the video call. Tried to message them and got no reply. Took the test on my own. 24 hours later and still waiting for a reply and also my results.
