This Costco system does not give the tracking number ! Package Tracking=N/A 3 Days after ordering: NO DELIVERY and NO TRACKING INFO ... How can I plan to use this test kit for travel to Hawaii ? I ordered the kit 7 days before trip. (Need to take test within 72 Hours of Travel time "3days" ) Once I receive the kit, get video link appointment, give sample and ship over night, test results take 48 hours once kit is received back at testing facility. I may not get my results back in time to board the flight !!

Specimen had to be returned to the mainland lab. Resulting in a false positive no creditable way to be valid. Inappropriate for Hawaii residents. Resulting in a five day quarantine for me a RN to be retested. I was tested the next day by DOH. Costco refused to refund this test.
This took over four days to arrive at testing site so definitely no good for 72-hour preflight check.

We went with Azova because it was a trusted partner with the State of Hawaii and convenient. After testing 72 hours out, I received my results on time but my wife did not get her results until 2 days after our travel time. We knew were in trouble the night before our day of travel so we sought out another identified trusted partner and laid to get her tested again. So Azova got it 50% right. Very dissappointed with the service. I would not recommend them.
WE had problems with things that were not Azova's problem. 1. Our airline changed our flight meaning we had to take our test 22 hours later. 2. UPS shipped the package on the 1st leg ground the 2nd night (instead of air the 1st night). 3. Our samples arrived at Azova 8 or so hours before flight time. We got our test results after we boarded the plane. We had to pay for a 2nd test. (More expensive). So they did the best but complicated procedure and other errors meant we paid for something that in the end we couldn't use.
Product was hand delivered to ups for overnight shipping on a Wednesday at 8a. Didn’t make it until Saturday at like 9p. My wife’s took over a week. Both of us didn’t have our results back even close to on time as promised if we followed directions. Honestly we paid over $300 for nothing.
This test required alot of steps to complete. I had to set up an account with Azova, the lab that does the test, and a video conference call to make sure we did the tests properly. To top it off, UPS lost our tests in the mail, and we had to cancel (and completely re-schedule) our trip to Hawaii cause the tests didn't arrive to the lab in time....cost us thousands of dollars. We learned our lesson and will never do a mail-in covid test for travel ever again. Thankfully, Azova recommended Costco reimburse us, which they did. ... read more
I never received the kit when I was told it would arrive and then once it was sent back for results it took 4 days Do not use for hawaii or any other travel destination

I’m still trying to get a refund because they never did the observation or the tests. We have contacted customer service repeatedly. No one ever calls back. No one was ever connected to observe the test, nothing. It is the biggest scam of money! Absolutely no services were provided and we had to pay another company to do the test for travel. They should NOT be considered a ‘trusted’ source for travel testing. What a rip off.
