Results came a day too late
If your test is delivered even a day late by UPS to the lab it is of no use. Azova has no control over that. I had to pay $125 to get a rapid test at LAX from another lab. Customer service was available but couldn’t do anything to help.
We booked this test to complete the 72 hr window testing required for travel to Hawaii. I signed up for my video call a week in advance, at 9am. I waited for 15 minutes before calling customer service, and after another 15 minutes they connected me with someone who promptly hung up without any warning. I had to call back again, and luckily the second person helped by calling me via FaceTime. I spent one hour for something that should have taken 10 minutes. The same thing happened to my husband. I would not recommend this product mainly because there is just too much risk involved with shipping. We followed instructions to a t, got our tests from Costco in plenty of time, did the visual sampling, registered the vials at that time, and immediately went to a counter at a ups to overnight. This was on a Wednesday for our Saturday flight to Hawaii. Results were not available in time for us to upload them to Hawaii safe travels. We had to purchase tests from another provider in order to avoid quarantine.

Do NOT order these tests for Hawaii unless you live in an area that has ultra reliable UPS delivery and NEVER EVER has weather related issues or delays.
For reference, I am very tech literate. Interacting with online transactions is not something I have many issues with. Except this one. This is horrifying. Costco should not be associating with Azova in any way, shape or form. This system is complex, it has multiple failure paths, the documentation directs you in multiple wrong directions, and should you take a badly angled turn anywhere (which is insanely easy to do), you aren't traveling. I did not get the results in the promised timeframe. Would not recommend if you’re travel hinges on this test “circumstances out of their control”
