I do not recommend if you are testing for a flight and the flight is within the next 2 weeks. The tests took 4 days to arrive and once they arrived I couldnt use the tests because there were no appointments available. My trip was delayed and we had to use another method of testing.
The test in itself was fairly easy, but they misrouted my test (sent it from GA to PA back to GA) and could not get the results in the timeline needed. I’d recommend going to a local urgent care for results in 15 minutes. I ended up having to get two tests before Hawaii. Total pain and not worth the hassle. The video conference watching you spit in the tube is egregious.
We never received our voucher number, and therefore, were unable to use the test to fly. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

We purchased 3 of these, followed all instructions, sent by UPS with no issue, arrived at the lab and check in by UPS. They lost one of the tests after that and Customer Service would not help us. They stopped reading messages and a manager would not take a call. By the time, we realized it we almost were not able to go to Hawaii. Do not use this.
The initial testing process was fine. However, our test results did not come back in time travel even though we followed all the instructions to a tee. We had to pay $1000 more to have the tests done locally in time for our flight. Our results from Azova did not come in until 2 days later. So far, Costco is unwilling to refund us our money. They should not sell these tests or partner with a company that cannot deliver on its promises unless they have a plan in place to compensate their customers for an unfulfilled contract. ... read more
I arrived at the airport. My sample had only arrived at the lab. It would be ready 24 hours later. A complete waste of time and money.
Turn around time was very slow. They only rushed the sample after requesting it and we still didn't get it in time. Thank god we had a back up plan.

Results were then reported within 9 hours after the kit was delivered to the lab. Due to the nature of your kit (it being a travel kit) it is the highest priority of the lab. You are dependent on ups to deliver this to the company in Atlanta on time. Our shipment got delayed and took 2 days to arrive, we got results after our scheduled flight time and could not use them. Total waste of money.
The idea of a home saliva test is fantastic, but my experience turned out to be a nightmare. Despite following all instructions, my test results arrived 26 hours AFTER my scheduled departure. Luckily, I saw this coming and was able to schedule a last-minute second test with a local provider. Be especially cautious if you are departing on an evening flight.
