Excellent food... best in Milwaukee
We did a fair amount of waiting on the Saturday before Valentine's Day: 10-15 minutes to get seated, 10 minutes before we saw our server, a good 15 minutes before we saw our wine (which came after our first course was served), 20-25 minutes for our main course, and 10-15 minutes before we saw anyone to ask for our check. This was my first time dining here; I waited TOO long!! What an amazing experience. The service staff was very attentive and interactive and everything was superb. I will definitely return and have already shared my experience with others!
My wife and I went to Bacchus for our 1 year anniversary. Everything was outstanding from Ian and Jess our servers to every menu item that we ordered. I originally thought the place would be a bit stuffy, but it really wasn't. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with deciding what too order since everything looked so good. I highly recommend this place and would go back in a heart beat.

The food did not disappoint. Had to be one of the best meals I've ever had!! That meal will carry me over a long time.
Bacchus is great for enjoying an evening out with an upscale dinner in a great atmosphere. The restaurant has a very modern feel that is warm and welcoming rather than pretentious. The menu features modern American fare with a definite Midwest/Wisconsin feel. The wine list is extensive and there are plenty of fine selections to pair with your meal.
