I rented a U-Haul vehicle from this location and it was by far the best U-Haul experience I have ever had! Todd literally went out of his way to accommodate us and I can't say thank you enough for his excellent service! Both pickup and return were quick and easy. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone!
Ballpark Self Storage is only interested in finding ways to rip you off. Don't rent a space or a U-haul. I rented a U-haul from them and while returning the vehicle I waited for the woman working there to get off the phone followed by a long check-in of the truck, which made me late returning the truck so she charged me for a second days rental. I have been waiting FIVE YEARS to get a unit here and I FINALLY got one! WOO-WOO! This is literally the best location for self storage in the san diego metro area- between sixth and 7th and Island and J St. A couple of benefits: on location bathroom accessible during ball season and/or for the crazy gas lamp event/block party times. Across the street from Tivoli. Reserved parking spots? I'm in HEAVEN!!!
