Ballpark Storage the entire place could have used a new coat of paint 25 years ago. The elevators are newer than original hand-crank types but just barely by a few days; either one or both at the same time rarely work. There is one bathroom for over a 1,000 units, usually out of order unless the HOMELESS want to do their drugs or prostitution. Floors are wood, chipped and uneven. I've worked as a vendor with Adam, and had a great experience. Very helpful, and professional. If you're looking for a self storage place, that's clean and you can count on being treated fairly this would be a great place to look.
The gentleman behind the counter let me know that I can have a free box if I did a check and that was really awesome and now my puppies have a place to sleep tonight!
I rented a u-haul twice from them and the customer service was amazing. I don't think I've ever said that about anything related to a move, but truly, very easy to rent and return a truck and super reasonably priced. No loop holes or hidden fees. Wonderful.
My experience with this U-Haul was beyond frustrating. I scheduled a 10 foot truck to be picked up on the 14th of April. I reserved the truck back on March 13th. I also ordered a dolly, two furniture movers and some moving blankets. When I arrived at the location, they didn't have the truck, only one furniture mover and no blankets. They told me the individual that had the truck the day before had not returned it yet. Yes, you had your reservation for 3/14, made on 3/13. Unfortunately the previous customer locked the keys inside the vehicle therefore failed to return on their scheduled time. Best storage downtown by far and best storage I've ever used. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Thank you Ben(?) for your help. I would highly recommend this storage if you're looking for a clean, nice place to store your stuff.
