I've worked as a vendor with Adam, and had a great experience. Very helpful, and professional. If you're looking for a self storage place, that's clean and you can count on being treated fairly this would be a great place to look.
The gentleman behind the counter let me know that I can have a free box if I did a check and that was really awesome and now my puppies have a place to sleep tonight!
I rented a u-haul twice from them and the customer service was amazing. I don't think I've ever said that about anything related to a move, but truly, very easy to rent and return a truck and super reasonably priced. No loop holes or hidden fees. Wonderful.
My experience with this U-Haul was beyond frustrating. I scheduled a 10 foot truck to be picked up on the 14th of April. I reserved the truck back on March 13th. I also ordered a dolly, two furniture movers and some moving blankets. When I arrived at the location, they didn't have the truck, only one furniture mover and no blankets. They told me the individual that had the truck the day before had not returned it yet. Had a great experience with their team this past weekend while moving. I would recommend this place.
Unexpectedly, I was evicted from my office space in the Gaslamp late December and needed to find new space fast. Luckily, Ballpark Storage was around the corner and I was able to get a clean, affordable storage space pronto while I looked for a new office.
